We don't take reservations. We keep a daily seating list.
The Seating List
Our seating list opens at 4:30 PM.
Joining the seating list must be done in person.
Seating begins at 5:00 PM sharp. It can take up to 30 minutes to seat everyone.
Dining Later
If you prefer to dine later, let us know. We will add you to the seating list as close to your preferred dining time as possible.
You are welcome to wait elsewhere. Your spot is assured if you return by the predicted seating time.
We welcome you to join us in our outdoor, covered waiting area for drink and snack service up to an hour before your predicted seating time.
Please check in with the host when you return so we know you're back.
We will only call you if times shift dramatically.
We cannot text.
If your plans change:
Please (please) call us to remove your hold on a spot.
We want nothing more than to show you what we can do, but if tonight's not the night, don't make us turn someone else away.
One More Thing
We do out best to predict the future, but sometimes the future throws curveballs. Many places play the under-promise-over-deliver game with wait times. We have fun, but we don't play games. It's uncommon, but occasionally wait times can be longer than we predict. When things don't go exactly as planned, we will do our best to make sure you know what we know.
